Hilary is the firms court partner, specialising in matrimonial and child related work, employment disputes and all civil and criminal matters where an appearance in court might be required. She has been authorised to carry out Legal Aid work by the Scottish Legal Aid Board since 1979. She was born and brought up in North East Fife and has lived in Cupar since 1980. |

Dermot is principally involved in residential purchases and sales as well as leasing matters. Utilising his experience as a former clerk to the local Licensing Board, he undertakes all liquor licensing work on behalf of the firm. Dermot has lived in Cupar since 1979. |
